An event is only as good as its plan, and often that can be more stressful than the show itself. After all, if everything is well in place beforehand, then it should all — hopefully — run like clockwork.
We offer every level of support for your event, from idea conception, scripting, to and booking, to promotion, to managing every detail on the day, leaving you free to step back and take it all in.
We start by taking the time to understand your brand, objectives and vision, before embarking on a plan to bring it all to life and create something special for your audience. Whether you’re sharing knowledge, dishing out awards, or launching your shiny new thing, we’ll make sure the right people are there getting the right message from the day.

If you already have an event planned, and you’re just not sure how to promote it, we can devise a strategic multi-platform marketing plan tailored to your audience.
By integrating messages across social media, email campaigns and website content, as well as media and press engagement, we can put your event in the spotlight and get attendees through the doors.
(Unless it’s a virtual event, in which case the attendees can stay exactly where they are and you can keep your door budget to a minimum.)
PUTTING ON A SHOW
MFT Milan Product Launch
From concept to scripting to casting, to staging and running the event, we worked closely with the client to ensure this multi-brand product launch in Milan went as smoothly as possible.
Awards For Excellence
Over the years we worked to build the client’s award ceremony into the premier event in the material handling industry calendar, establishing the prizes as a true mark of excellence.
The National Forklift Safety Convention brings together industry experts, panels and case studies to share advice and best practice to representatives from across the UK. In recent years it has expanded to include an exhibition area showcasing key safety products and services.
To achieve great things, two things are needed: a plan, and not quite enough time.
